Hi Stacy,

The first thing I would have done is go to
http://www.satogo.com
Log into your account in the usual way.
Once in, go to SA Mobile Home. Select option 16. If SA Mobile is still on your system, select "repair" System Access. You may need to do this more than once. Your machine will reboot and hopefully, System Access will come up working properly again!

If you completely uninstalled System Access, you may need to go into "my documents" select the System Access folder in the my documents directory. Delete the folder completely! Make certain you don't see anything left of System Access!

Once that is done, go back into the System Access to go site. . Log into your account in the usual way! Go to SA Mobile Home. Select option 16 again which is "my account"! Select install System Access on this computer. Since you already have an account, the software will reinstall again!

If install is successful, you will need to get your Neo Speech voices back. Simply go onto the SA Mobile network as you would usually do. Select Option 16 my account. One of the first things you should see is install Neo Speech speech engine. Not sure off the top of my head what it says! You make certain both voices are checked. Press enter on the icon to install Neo speech and all should be well in a half hour or so. You do the same thing if you have document scan.

HTH

Jim
