TalkSerotek: Reinstalling system acces

Hi, I uninstalled system access this morning after trying to get onto sa mobile network. I was able to get on but after todays update the preferences were all messed up. I've tried reinstalling by going to the satogo website but it won't reinstall.

How do I reinstall everything and get samnet working right again.
I couldn't adjust speech back to the speed I like or anything.
