Hi Charles,

no, you're right of course; didn't mean to sound like it was ok just
because she was in the street.

At first I did think she was being careless being in the street like
that, but since Erica gave us more info and said she was going to her
car, well, who knows then; we'll have to wait for a report from TPD.
