why not just use something like virtual audio cable and route any sound
you wish to SR, and the others away. easy peezy. :)

speech off, and then record it. Once the file is over with, turn speech back
on, go back to Audacity, and save it. Then you will edit out the speech with
Studio Recorder if you have the full version which I wish I did. You could
just edit it out with Audacity but I must honestly say, it's harder,
