Hi Harry Thanks for getting back to me.this is Roger C. from Voices of Xperience. As some have already mentioned, Audacity is a good alternative. You might also consider GoldWave or if you want to spend some real bucks and you use JAWS for Windows, and a have a professional program on your machine, the professionals use Sound Forge preferred by small studios and radio stations. Good luck, Roger On 1/26/13, ptorpey00@xxxxxxxxx <ptorpey00@xxxxxxxxx> wrote: > You might try Audacity - It is free and screen reader friendly with many > nifty features: > > > > www.audacity.sourceforge.net > > > > --Pete > > > > > > From: studiorecorder-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx > [mailto:studiorecorder-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Harry Brown > Sent: Saturday, January 26, 2013 1:44 PM > To: studiorecorder@xxxxxxxxxxxxx > Subject: [studiorecorder] Re: one hell of an experience with studio > recorder, my life is over! > > > > Hi Roger, > > I sure appreciate your wonderful message! > > Well, I guess I'm going to have to just split my recordings into smaller > files. > > Thanks for the offer to record them for me! > > Are there other audio programs that will let me record larger files than 2 > gig? > > Harry > > ----- Original Message ----- > > From: jane kronheim <mailto:jane.kronheim@xxxxxxxxx> > > To: studiorecorder@xxxxxxxxxxxxx > > Sent: Saturday, January 26, 2013 8:52 AM > > Subject: [studiorecorder] Re: one hell of an experience with studio > recorder, my life is over! > > > > Hello Harry, > > Your life is not over!!!
