I have seen institutions requiring higher share under the assumption that such an initial precondition would result in a net increase in total quantity that is shared. When you probe into the quality of information shared, then these Terabytes worth stuff wouldn't stand such a scrutiny. Much are either duplicated stuff or undesirable junk. 5 GB wouldn't be a bad idea. DC++ is largely used (maybe purely used too) in residential complexes, Sajjad.
