Hello Kathy,
I may be able to adjust the times some after I know who is drafting where. But
I also don’t want any East time zone coaches having to stay up until midnight
either which could limit how late I can move the time slots.
Not everyone will be able to make every time slot. In that case each of us
needs to be able to receive a text message or email with who has been taken and
then send back a short list asking someone specific to select for you OR create
a list the night before and ask someone to make your pick based on your list. I
will open the draft the evening (Thursday night) before so there will be less
picks to make on Friday making it easier to make a list or make the timeslot
picks later. Then we will move into Saturday and Sunday for rounds 2 and 3.
This will at least help with the first three rounds, probably the most
important rounds.

As I look at the days and times of the draft, I have a preference for at least
late afternoons and evenings. As a teacher, I have limited access and time
during the school day.

Hello Ken,
You can protect one player at the beginning of each round along with the other
6 returning teams.
Then the 17 dispersal draft teams select players either from the pool or a
returning team roster.
Only 1 player can be taken from any single returning team per round.
If a returning team chooses not to protect a player, then that coach can select
a with pick #18 in the round (if there is only one team that made this
decision), either from the pool or from a returning team (if each team has not
had one player already selected).

HIC
time slots look okay but would like to stay away from weekends as I deliver for
Amazon. If not, I can work around it.
