As I look at the days and times of the draft, I have a preference for at least
late afternoons and evenings. As a teacher, I have limited access and time
during the school day.

other 6 returning teams.
Then the 17 dispersal draft teams select players either from the pool or a
returning team roster.
Only 1 player can be taken from any single returning team per round.
If a returning team chooses not to protect a player, then that coach can
select a with pick #18 in the round (if there is only one team that made this
decision), either from the pool or from a returning team (if each team has
not had one player already selected).
