Hi Hine
I've been trying to remember. I may have done it through voice command, or
perhaps the Menu button worked. I think it was Kapsys in France who told me
to do this. Fortunately it hasn't happened again. Looking on the Internet,
I found that some suggest that Android phones sometimes do this when they
don't like an app you've installed.
Good luck
Paul

Hi Paul,
I'd love to know how you got to your settings as its only allowing me to the
phone menu at the moment.
Cheers
Hine

Hello Hine
I had this problem several months ago. The only solution I could find then
was to go to settings and reset the phone to its factory defaults, which
meant I had to start all over again setting up my Google account etc. I'd
be interested if you have found a less radical solution.
Good luck
Paul

Subject: [smartvisionau] Homescreen Error
Hi,
On start up I'm receiving the Unfortunately Home Screen has stopped. The
phone has been off for a few days, but apart from the update to version
SV2-3918 on the 20/06/2017. I was able to use the phone successfully after
the update so I'm not too sure what's happening. Any help or ideas would be
gratefully accepted.
Cheers
