Good point about disabling secure boot.
Someone gave me a computer with windows.
I used be my eyes to get help turning fast boot off.
But I could not tell the volunteer how to look for turning secure boot off.
On top of that, with this Dell, it is not always easy to know when to use f 12
to get in to the boot menu.
Every volunteer after the first one said nothing is on the screen.
We all need a talking module at the low level.

Good call on the pulse vs pipewire, since both are included with Slackware.
As for the secure boot option, the first thing I ever do if I get a computer,
is to make damn sure that the "make sure you can't install anything but
windows" ie secure boot option is turned off, since I don't use Fedora.
I'm glad that both places I go to for computers disable it by default.
Yaaaaaay!
Looking forward to the new version, but being the purist that I am I still
like the manual installer, though I really like what you've done with the
auto method.
I know it's your baby, and you do an awesome job, and you have considered
other choices then btrfs, (hope I got that right) so I'm willing to learn new
things.
Thanks much again, from a happy customer as it were. Take care.
Cheereo!
