Greetings John Deker. Per your note of 27-Dec-02 19:26:07:

I know I'm talking to myself, but... I think I found the problem with trying
to hardcode the path to the ".folders" directory. I used the "Browse" button
in selecting the path. I selected the correct path, but the software inserted
a "/" after the ".folders", i.e. "..../.folders/" which many programs do, and
saved it in the config file the same. However, upon loading the config file,
SimpleMail iterpreted the beginning of the email folders path to be one level
up. By removing the "/" after ".folders" and saving the configuration,
SimpleMail works OK. This is a programming bug.
