A System Restore won't put software such as Sibelius back in any way.
You will have to remove completely, ideally do a cold boot, and
re-install.

Claudio,

You probably have a restore point generated when you installed the 7.1
upgrade. You could try going back to that restore point. If that
doesn't work, then remove Sibelius and start over.

I think, I can remove Sibelius completely and reinstall a lower
version.
