Dear Cortex, I'm working in low microwave, (I think area more careful about coupling between different structures) and even in microstrip traces, where coupling between structures is greater, in almost all cases I use simple rule of thumb: When distance between two traces is greater more than twice of substrate height I consider both structures as practically decoupled. Maybe it will work for you good, too.
