Dear Cortex,

I'm working in low microwave, (I think area more 
careful about coupling between different structures) 
and even in microstrip traces, where coupling between 
structures is greater, in almost all cases I use 
simple rule of thumb: 

When distance between two traces is greater more 
than twice of substrate height I consider both 
structures as practically decoupled.

Maybe it will work for you good, too.
