Deriving the characteristic impedance from the reflection is comparable to the 
TDR measurement.

Hi Long and  Tony, Z-parameter is related to totalself and total mutual 
impedance, which is different to characteristic impedance.I suggest to perform 
TDR analysis to obtain the characteristic impedance.
