[SI-LIST] Trace layout

I am trying to lay out two differential traces. How much of a
difference is it to have these sandwiched between one ground
plane and one power vs. having them between two ground
planes. Will there be a drastic effect on the signal if the power
plane is split, the signals are differential...I think it should.
