I don't recall the title right off hand. The paper was presented at 
either DC 2010 or possibly DC 2009. The long and short of it was that 
they mixed the return path references for the I2C lines used in their 
IPMB bus. A good section of the traces ran over the +12V used as the 
input to a series of high power buck SMPS power converters. Transistor 
ringing would occasionally convince a control uC that a server reset 
command had been issued and it was lights out.
