Philippe, If you are trying to hold the trace impedance constant, curved corners do better than 45 degree corners only if the inside radius is greater than 3 * trace_width. See page 107 of my book, Electronic System Design: Interference and Noise Control Techniques (Prentice Hall, 1987). I never felt it was worth the extra trouble on cards I've designed, which have gone up to 133MHz bus speeds.
