I need to design a PCB trace antenna. I would like it to be centered
(peak) about 20 MHz with a range of about 100 kHz to 200 MHz. I have
spent hours searching online and can not find the information I need. I
would like to calculate the impedance of a microstrip trace routed in a
loop. The outside layer will be 1 oz finished (1.378 mils thick). The
minimum trace width is 4 mils. The spacing to the next layer is 12 mils
and will be a solid ground plane. I could void the area under the
antenna if needed. The loop will be around a hole in the board that has
a diameter of 0.720". The antenna could have a couple revolutions
around the hole if needed. Thanks in advance for any help.

Zach
