I forgot to mention one ?downside? to Eagle. If you're using differential lines, I find it's a real pain to get them the same length. There's no good path length measuring tool, at least that I found. Last I looked, the ExpressPCB and such didn't even have a bad path measuring tool though. PCB123 looks similar to ExpressPCB.
