Hi Darshan:

As you've noted (I believe), HyperLynx will give you an FFT of I vs. t.
(The "Current Probe" setting in the Spectrum Analyzer.)  Beyond this,
it's not entirely clear to me what you're after.  (Feel free to contact
me offline if it's a HyperLynx-specific issue, and I'll put you through
to tech support.)

A book that would generally benefit you on this subject is "PCB Design
for Real-World EMI Control";
Bruce Archambeault, PhD; Kluwer Press; 2002.
