They should have added this class not replaced an existing class with it. So handlers will be out a class to fill, does that mean rates will increase to make up for being able to handle less dogs per show? So this means that inexperienced dogs that would have gone into novice now have to go into Am-Bred of Open? Those classes will be filled with the mature dogs that are ready to finish, the untrained former novices (who usually are too old for 12-18) will stay home in their kennels. Ridiculous. Had they just added a class it would have helped build majors, as it is they've just made things harder on the exhibitors & the handlers.
