I believe that it would make everyone's life easier (and the club's business more transparent to the membership) if all committee reports were posted on the GSDCA website for the board (and the membership) to review prior to board meetings. That would eliminate mailing and copying costs - individuals could assume the responsibility of printing reports if wanted (but it wouldn't be necessary - reports could be reviewed online).
