You know, the Board has had many conference calls and knows how to set them
up. Maybe not all current Board members have participated in such an event.
Frankly, they are dreadful and not very productive. Usually intended to
resolve a problem that needs immediate attention. For regular meetings, we
need
to meet together face-to-face. There's a lot of discussing of things which
gets done over lunch and dinner besides at the meeting.
