Probably not. "We" don't do breed surveys. I wouldn't be in favor. Incorrect coats are a fault. No doubt, some lovely long coats have contributed to breeding programs, but I doubt anyone needed a "rating" or "breed survey" to tell them what a particular animal might contribute.
