[ SHOWGSD-L ] junior showmanship - the Logic or lack thereof

The logic is:
Juniors are confirmation and hence are governed by the rules of
confirmation.
Obedience is performance - many dogs in obedience CANNOT be
show in confirmation due to ILP numbers, spay/neuter, or breeds
not as yet approved for confirmation
WHy not write the specialty club and ask that they include juniors?
