Has anyone thought to take the dogs to the vet? Did you see the
earlier post about Canine Influenza? I'm not saying that's the dog's
problem,
but having you and your friend look at the dog and then asking us, and
then saying he is tight with his money...maybe he shouldn't have a dog at
all. The dog will probably die and then he can take some of his money
and buy another dog who also won't get to the vet when it is ill.
