I only feed once a day in the evening, kibble, water and a little can food,
coat formula to the ones showing.? In the morning they all get a dog cookie or
two.? I believe they need something in their tummy.? Pans are rinsed out, and
twice a week in the dishwasher.
How about a new thread on what everyone has for outside kennel flooring and
what do you use for cleaning them and how often?

I must be a bad mother. I no longer feed twice a day- 34 yrs I did - last
summer when it was hot I stopped. They get their dry kibble , water and a
small spoon of pedigree. that is it. I feed at night (the birds are not
around then)If they don't eat it all at once I leave it and it is gone by
morning. l rinse the dishes and scrub them out a couple times a week. I
tried them in the dish washer (came out like new) then my husband had a fit.
If I have table scraps they get them. They get treats and cookies - they
are fed in their kennel runs - then want to run back and forth after eating
fine mostly they go to bed-
They get knuckle bones every couple months.
I tend to think we are causing a lot of problems in the breed by protecting
them too much - This is supposed to be a hardy breed.
