[ SHOWGSD-L ] burying euthanized dogs

Does anyone know how long the chemical stays around from a euthanized dog? I
understand they have to be buried extra deep because of it... But the vets
dont seem to tell anyone that when they pick them up... wondered if there is
worries later if they have to be moved
