Have found a serious error on the ballot in regards to the bylaws.
Incorrect info has been supplied...the motion was not to cut the board from 19
to
8, but from 14 directors to 8
Have advised the president and corresponding secretary and we will see what
happens. just a suggestion, reserve voting until we hear more.
