Several years ago Illeana and Pablo spent a lot of time and effort creating a
forum for GSDCA members only. Several members joined and NOBODY
talked....there were maybe 6-10 messages on it. I don't think a members only
forum is the answer. Most of us just go with what we are used to.
Its not as though any discussions about the club will impede national security.
And if it scares some away, they were not intended to be there.
But all suggestions are good

I can't see why not. It's quite common for breed clubs to have a
embers-only group/list for discussion of all things "club".
n this day and age, those who choose not to go online are either
ninformed, or informed through an individual who is online. To not be
nvolved firsthand is a personal choice. The idea is it might be a nice
oncept to implement?
onstant contact is great for BOARD MEMBERS to talk to us. While we can
eply to the writer of the constant contact notice, we can't actively
iscuss it "as a club"... And we all know the vote would never be put to
allot the way it is had membership input been encouraged and in a format
here ANY member can post for the club members to hear, and not only just
he board members... people feel responsibility for what they can actively
articipate in.
ust throwing out ideas on how to promote positive change for the breed &
reed club for the future....
