No excuse. People in the breed may think they are in their own
world...but they are not...and anyone involved in purebred dogs should
have known
who Andrew Hunte is. AND, if they didn't the very fact that his
application was being handled in a manner that was completely different
from any
other application should have been a clue there was something going on.
After all, how many people have to be bitten by a snake to know
to avoid most of them?
