I'm sorry that you have been ignored at the specialty shows due to your dog
eing a long coat. Maybe the judges need to read our standard again. I
ersonally do not own a long coat, at this time, but would consider showing it
f it possessed all of the other qualities that I feel are important. My first
hampion's mother was a long coat and an ROM. My feeling is that the best
verall dog should win the points. I would take a long coat any day over
issing teeth, bad going away, or poor temperament. A fault is just a fault,
