Mary,
Been there, done that. As treasurer of the all breed club here we were sued
as a club and each officer was sued as well. The man who sued us was an
attorney who could no longer practice because had been disbarred. He had no
damages and the suit was dismissed. You have to have damages or personal
injury
in order to collect.
We were right when we benched this man and if I had to do all over even
being sued I would not change a thing. You just cannot live your life in fear.
