Back when I was young and foolish...well, younger... I took Moxie and Sassy
to dog parks all the time. No signs about neutering or spaying. In fact,
I had the dogs be the roving reporters for dog parks for the Obed. club
newsletter all over the greater L.A. area. Found the parks reflected the
neighborhoods VERY much. I WAS concerned about diseases as there was communal
doggie
watering 'troughs' (didn't let my girls near them) and people were not ALWAYS
(again, depending on the area) picking up after their dogs. If it's a very
well controlled park, and you can tell REALLY fast, and the dogs go from
puppyhood, they have a lot of fun and socialize well. Then there's the other
kind.
I stopped going after I moved into the Antelope Valley.
