Just a FYI.. re: Purina Farms
Purina is owned by Nestle, Nestles corporate headquarters is in Switzerland.
Nestle just sent out a press release, securely tightening which animals can be
utilized in their products. I know that our world revolves around our own
owned animals, but you might like to look abroad at whats happening there and
heading our way
For starters, here is Switzerland:
At a federal level, Switzerland has made animal welfare a priority. The keeping
of animals, from the smallest to the largest, is regulated to ensure their
well-being. The regulations include enclosure size, proper conditions and
lighting for each species type, with outdoor access and provision of bathing
water as appropriate. Social animals must have companions of its own species
and you may not be permitted to buy one of these animals alone in Switzerland.
