Very well said Pat and Pauline. 
 
I think it clearly shows that the BOG is not enough of a tool of communication 
to the membership.  And when members contact Board Members, it is always the 
same very few Board Members that bother to respond.  
 
With all the networking sites and immediate disbursement of information, it is 
high time that the Board find a way to communicate with its membership.  There 
are issues that could at least be presented before a fall out such as this 
happens.  I am not talking about regular club business, I'm talking about 
major issues that effect the membership, Regional Clubs etc.
 
I truly feel that some things were pushed thru in a manner that  raises 
concern.  Not all board members were present for some of what was done 
either.  
 
With all this said, if it is true that it is indeed too late to back out of 
this, the least the membership can ask for is a truthful breakdown what to 
expect over the next 2 years from a financial standpoint, as well as a clearcut 
commitment on who is going to be supplying the manpower to run this trial.  I 
hope the Board will find a way to communicate that to the membership, rather 
sooner than later.
