Hi Kathy
My statement was NOT regarding moving the National! it had everything to do
with what was posted about the motion Frank & Gary did! So lets keep the facts
seperate.
I know the California crowd is angry about this entire National mess, and I
don't blame you! I really try and be fair and objective. Yes, I live in the
Midwest, and Topeka was a shock, even to us Kansas City folks!!!! If you read
earlier posts of mine, I have been to many many many Nationals over the years,
and WILL continue to do so! And for whatever it's worth, I am signing a
petition to keep the 2012 National in Colorado, I don't agree with breaking
another contract and think it's a great site and the only fair way to do the
Nationals!

Here is a fact, since you are talking about facts:
It was voted by the membership to rotate the Nationals, and to do so in a
specific order.
This is in the P and P.
By having the Nationals now in a Central , Central , East location for the next
three years,
which basically shuts out any participation by members in the Western states,
it
is a direct violation of the P and P .
and THAT is a fact.
As far as inciting the masses...that IS a right when something like what I have
stated above, has come to pass.
You live in the Central US, correct Chris? Kansas City area? So you are about
1 Hour and 20 minutes from the Topeka site, and about 4 hours from the St Louis
site.
Well you must be very happy then to have TWO nationals back to back
within close driving distance... The last time we were that close to one was
in 1999.
I can see why you don't want anyone rocking the boat. Don't blame you.
