Melissa,
I always roadwork those dogs that are actively being shown. Yes, I'm
beafing up the routine for the national. I roadwork the dogs 2 days on then 1
day off. Right now they are up to 5 laps around my track inside my fenceline
around my 5 acres. That comes out to 8800 feet since each side of my fence
is 440 feet. If I remember a little bit from my school days, I think I'm
roadworking them over a mile and a half each time. Normally during the
year we only go 3 laps around the property. I will add that I live at 6,200
feet.

bulks up and restricts the front and others say it helps the dog use
themselves better.
