One would think so Kathy.
My hopes one day that we are able to vote electronically and securely by our
computers and those members who don't use computers can order a paper ballot
if they choose. But quite frankly most of us can get to a local library or a
friends to get the easy use of a computer...............................we
are doing a process that is so outdated like a dinosaur now..........times
change technology does too.
