Yes, you did. And, no, I am not the least bit confused. I just made two
comments. One of which was in direct response to your comment, "you always get
a White Shepherd not a litter of
off-white and faded color GSD." Didn't mean to confuse you with two comments!
Sorry. I was just stating that White GSD's do not cause color to fade when
bred to colored dogs! I have seen white parented dogs with better color and
pigment than my dogs had/have.If I confused you, I sure am sorry!

Confused? I did not say that White was a faded color it is a recessive allele,
only mentioned had experience with White Shepherd being bred to Standard color

you should only breed
to a White Shepherd. This way you always get a White Shepherd not a litter of
