In Theresa's most recent post, she confirms what I've
heard about WSs in the UKC. There is a *very* active WS
group that shows in UKC with many, many WSs taking BIS
each year. In fact, it just happened again last weekend!
An examination of the gate from the Premier would reveal
that WSs are/have been the one of the largest breed
entries at the Premier for several consecutive years.
At any rate, people should understand that the UWSC with
UKC is *not* the same club as AWSA because AKC and UKC
are different venues. The fact that some people might
choose to support one venue over the other in any given
situation is a matter of individual choice and, to my mind
at least, doesn't reflect good or bad on either venue or
club. It just simply is what it is... ;)
And now I see Stormy over there vigorously waving the
"time out" flag, so I'm wrapping up this conversation. I
always appreciate the fact that I'm allowed to participate
here and don't want to overstay or overstep bounds. :)
