I thought tha the ROM system was more a tool for us to use when looking for
dogs to breed to. There may be dogs in pedegree that you don't know but have
a ROM behind their name. I know that I like to see a lot of them behind a
dog I'm going to use.
Would you have it a guessing game as to who produced and who did'nt based on
club membership.
The owners and breeders should probably be members to be recognized although
it would open a whole new can of worms when some long time member-breeder is
left out because of a lapse in membership due to illness or something.
