Helen -- at least get your facts straight --
There is a lawsuit and there are also internal disciplinary charges. You seem
totally confused about what is what. At least check your facts or qualify your
answer as YOUR version of the truth. The 64 page filing was a lawsuit brought
by one person. Unfortunately, when the club allows people to routinely and
repeatedly ignore the by-laws, the entire club is in danger. Maybe you holier
ones need to stop and consider that. Meanwhile we can all hope that the lesson
was well learned and the club's leaders will again follow the by-laws and P &
P's that are meant to protect us. If not, I suspect next time there will be
many more than 17 people calling for corrections.
