I said off the top of my head....the words have to be reworked,
true...but unless the handler was hired specifically to purchase a dog,
and the eventual owner was in on the purchase, yes, I guess i would.
And I don't see why it wouldn't fly. Other clubs have similar language,
and they have to deal with handlers, too, altho nobody has let handlers
run the world the way we do, true.
