The wording should be more than that. Something like "A member may not
purchase dogs for the express purpose of resale, nor wholesale dogs
individually or in litter lots, nor may a member breed dogs with the
express purpose of disposing of either dogs or puppies for resale
whether by individuals, resale outlets, wholesaler organizations,
raffles, or any other such purchaser." Or stronger words...I'm dealing
off the top of the deck at the moment, and still several hundred emails
behind..........
