I must admit I have not always read the minutes but I did read the last one
and some in between. Yes, it is crucial to stay informed. How else can we
stay in touch? And think of the upcoming elections! How can we vote if we
don't know who those people are that are running for office?
Too much has happened in the past few years that makes you wonder what else
we were not told and worse, that the Board was not informed about either.
I did read the law suit and I am glad I did.

and even attacks would continue!! The answers are there!
"THE BOARD" NEVER VOTED..... to not settle when that offer was made.
FIND it in the minutes!!!
That decision was never made by "the Board"........ think about it.
BOARD decisions are in the
minutes and you can even see who voted HOW!
There WAS a later offer to settle.....but The "later offer to settle"....was
NEVER VOTED AGAINST... BY
THE BOARD!!!! The Board was INFORMED of that decsion.
People........READ THE MINUTES!! This is recorded in the January 2009
minutes. This decision
was never brought to the Board. That decision was made by the Executive
Committee.....that is not a
Board decision.
Does anyone questioning now ......even know WHY there is a lawsuit? Has
anyone read it?
Did anyone read the October 2007 minutes ?? Know when and how it was voted
to indemnify the lawsuit?
How do you people vote in the National Elections?

At last I can give a fact. I was there.
Margy called me at the national and gave me authority to settle all the
litigation. Her terms were that the board
members who were accusing her were to leave her alone. Nothing more was
asked.
I relayed that to the president at the time in person, and he told me that
the club was not interested in that, and
that they intended to take it all the way.
I relayed that to Margy and removed myself from being involved in any
way.
Now,that is the truth, and I was there.
I have heard there was a later offer to settle, but the board voted
against
it. But, I was not there, I don't know the terms and I have no personal
knowledge of it.
