Was at the Oct 2007 meeting in Denver along with other concerned members.
The vote to indemnify is illegal .......... know your Roberts Rule and the
rules concerning non profit 501 C 3-7 organizations.
The vote to indemnify was there because of the notice of reservation of
rights by the insurance company, but the board was not aware of that either.
