"xrayed and found free of dysplasia" Okay, confused here.. if not submitted
to OFA/OVC then who would be reading the rays and with what proof???....a
Veterinary degree doesn't necessarily mean the doc is any good at reading
hip or elbow xrays.
So I am not sure I follow here. Maybe I am having a blonde moment?
