I too have given big whole raw beef knuckle bones to my dogs for 40 years
and never had any kind of problem. to each is own. I have never given
greenies or processed bones to my dogs to pricey.

Been feeding RAW knuckle & shank bones for the 32 years I have had
GSD's.....Never had a problem with teeth....and NEVER had to put one
under to have their teeth cleaned...oh yeah after a good chew on the bones
they do get white poop from all the bone meal they have pulverised into
their sytems....
Shirley we ALL do things differently....doesn't makes us WRONG...I
don't give the edible nylabones because as Kathy stated.."they are a
bit pricey" and they disappear too quickly.
