I think it comes down to proper management of dogs... Our neighbors are fabulous - once I got everyone trained in.. We had some issues with OTHER dogs running loose - I promptly took care of all situations and no nobody runs loose... Now I need to talk to the neighbor with the barking GSD behind us because I am a little afraid that someone will think it is my dogs since my guys are visible. My mom lives in the city as in "stick your hand out the window and grab the neighbor by the neck" closeness. She also has one of those crazy neighbors that everyone is talking about..... too many dogs... too much dog sex..... too much, too much.... However, barking is never a complaint.... and it is best kept that way :-) Jess M.
